English Harvest Scones

2.5 cups of Pamela's Baking and Pancake Mix

1 tablespoon aluminum-free baking powder

2/3 of a cup milk

2 eggs

1/4 of a cup butter (melted)

1/4 of a cup coconut oil (melted)

1/2 of a teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 of a teaspoon nutmeg

1/4 of a cup sugar

1/2 of a cup of chopped apples

1/2 of a cup chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine Pamela's Baking and Pancake Mix, baking powder, and fold in milk, eggs, butter, coconut oil, cinnamon, nutmeg, sugar, apples, and chocolate chips.  

Place parchment paper onto a large cookie sheet.


Roll dough into a circle  using a DoughEZ Pastry Mat and flatten into a circle 1.75" thick.  Cut circle into 8 wedges.  and place onto the parchment papered cookie sheet.


Bake 12-15 minutes.  Enjoy!
