Stephanie's:  Be Inspired

Updated: Oct 27, 2019

My family and I happened to be passing through Holdrege, Nebraska, and we pulled into Stephanie's, which is half a block off of the main street to the south. Stephanie's is a charming home and outdoor decor shop specializing in primitive and country-style decor. Stephanie's sunflower arrangements, cute furniture, funky bags, colorful canvases, and tasteful wreaths were all quite lovely. I especially liked the similarity of style throughout with tasteful groupings of products in related color schemes. The shop was also uncluttered, which made for a more comfortable shopping experience.

Stephanie's also sells unique rubber mats that can incorporate holiday or seasonal outdoor rugs that match coordinated welcome flags. I also really enjoyed her wrought-iron, white-washed, squirrel bookends--a fun and funky way to hold your favorite books in place! Stephanie's is ran by a delightful proprietor, and when items are purchased at the shop, they can be wrapped onsite in adorable trimmings. Overall, Stephanie's provided a delightful respite to weary travelers and is a stop and a shop I highly recommend!

Just around the corner from Stephanie's and down one storefront is 4th Avenue Coffee, a lovely coffee shop that is one of my favorites in the Midwest as the owners are simply delightful and the food and the brew is delicious. The shop is ran by a charming, local family and as for the beverages and the food, the tea is awesome (the shop actually stocks REAL cream), the chai is also amazing, the chicken salad is a real treat, and sometimes they even have pie. So, if you happen to visit Stephanie's, I would suggest stopping by 4th Avenue coffee to complete your delightful skip!!
