VLOG: Knitted Winter Cowl #3
Updated: Sep 5, 2019
By Onna Carr and B. Hope
This knitted cowl was made with a gauge of 3 stitches per inch using two strands of worsted weight yarn and two strands of eyelash yarn. 80 stitches were cast on, joined on circular needles, and 10 rows of moss stitch for a border edge were done before a knit 4, purl 4 rib was created and continued for 10 rows. I then decreased with a *knit 2 together, knit 1, purl 2 together, purl 1, repeat from * for 1 row decrease row. Then, *knit 3, purl 3, repeat from * was continued for 9 rows with a ribbed stitch bind-off.
